6.2. Guarantee: While we strive to assist you in obtaining funding, we do not guarantee any specific outcome. The availability of funding can depend on various factors beyond our control.
6.3. Eligibility: We may evaluate your eligibility for our services. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue our services to anyone for any reason.
7. Payment and Fees
7.1. Consulting Fees: Our consulting fees will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Payment terms and methods will also be determined during our consultation.
7.2. Refund Policy: Any initial deposits are non-refundable once onboarding has occurred. Once the performance fee is charged, the fee cannot be refunded partially or in totality. This is due to the nature of the program being performance-based. The client waives the right to dispute any payments made after the performance fee is paid.
8. Securities & Investing Disclosure
Engaging in financial investments, including stocks and options trading, carries potential risks as well as rewards. You must be aware of the risks involved and be willing to accept them before participating. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

All charges are in U.S. Dollars. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement, including subscription-based charges, fees, and third-party credit card updates.
